Overview / Responsibilities
Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Ampol to deliver leading maintenance and project services to their Lytton Refinery.
We are recruiting for a Senior Workpack Coordinator to join the Wood team at the Ampol Refinery based in Lytton, Brisbane - on a permanent basis.
You will assist the Lead Planner with the ongoing development and implementation of various planning and quality processes including the Daily Work Schedule, Forward Log Management, and Baseline Conformance to Equipment Strategies, including any planning and quality improvements identified.
You will also be responsible for innovative ideas with an agile approach to deliver the best possible outcomes ensuring that Workpacks are processed, monitored and maintained.

Position Specifics & Deliverables
- Development and implementation of planning and quality processes.
- Development and implementation of planning and quality improvements.
- Day to day management of Workpack information systems
- Register, develop & assign Workpack numbers in the Document Control System
- Document Control of Electronic & Hard Copy Workpacks
- Conducting regular reviews & document audits to ensure compliance.
- Implement & work to the safety & quality management systems, procedures & work instructions
- Producing periodic Workpack document progress reports
- Able to support a multi-discipline team of Engineers, Specialist Subcontractors, Planners, Coordinators and Vendors in compiling of Workpacks.
Skills / Qualifications
- 7 years or more experience within a similar industry or related industry workplace
- Knowledge of relevant discipline and Industry procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and best practices
- Previous CMMS experience is highly desirable (SAP)
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly skilled in MS Suite Skills - Word, Excel
- Actively commits to being a OH&S Leader
