Business Analyst
Purpose:
The Business Analyst will assist in the Modern Information Governance project, which is responsible for migrating on-prem file share data into Teams. This individual will meet with the data owners to explain at a high level what the project is and why it brings value to the company, then work with the data owner to define the new or existing Team/SharePoint site where the content should be moved.

Responsibilities/Skills/Qualifications:
- Be an excellent communicator that can translate technical subjects to non-technical audiences
- Be very organized
- Can handle multiple workstreams at one time
- Have experience working in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online, particularly with SharePoint lists
- Preferably have experience with Microsoft Excel (macros, vlookups) for organizing raw data into formats that can be digested by/loaded into SharePoint Online lists
- Assisting with migration scheduling
- Monitoring the project mailbox and replying/forwarding as necessary
- Work with data owners to map out Teams site and permissions for file migrations
- Helping with/conducting file planning sessions
- Running scripts/loading data into SharePoint lists
