The role of the Management of the technical change service is to coordinate and ensure the technical change implementation on the Haliade X especially on the PLI subjects.
Services Tasks:
- 2 months in France for training
- Followed by 4 months of working in New Bedford, MA.

Services Tasks:
- B1: Represent the Supply Chain organization in the CCB technical change committees
- B2: Integrate Supply Chain requirements into changes, measure and monitor impacts
- B3: Challenge engineering teams to achieve optimal results
- B4: Execute implementation of changes according to defined schedule, ensure multi-business coordination
- B5: Act as interface with all Supply Chain businesses, Engineering, PMO, and Services
- B6: Follow-up on retrofit of machines post factory and on the hub
- B7: Follow-up on projects with factories or entities in charge of implementation, provide feedback for future projects
- B8: Ensure implementation process of technical changes is respected, including integration by all Supply Chain and PMO businesses, application rank, and implementation status
- B9: Responsible for remaining ECOs activities post factory and modules until handover with O&M team
- C1: Report of follow-up activities
- C2: Feedback report at the end of the mission
