You will be responsible for creating automation solutions using assigned technology. The role will be part of the team spread across Chennai, Manila and Krakow.

What is the Role?

As Smart Automation Sr. Developer, you will be developing E2E automations for multiple opportunities assigned to you. More specifically, your role will include:
  • Validating solution designs, performing feasibility study, perform quality assurance, track, and manage reusability of the objects, processes, and other artifacts. Participate in critical activities like upgrades, Level 2 and Level 3 analysis of issues. Participate in the evaluation of various products to enhance the portfolio.
  • Developing automations ensuring highly quality of product.

Adherence to Best Practices and Standards
  • Ensure best development principles are incorporated in products while delivering on time as agreed with stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to address any gaps or concerns found in artefact review.
  • Follow the design guidelines and ensure adherence to best practices Review all implementations before deployment to ensure that the result is of the highest quality and matches planned and approved designs.
  • Participate in feasibility study meetings with business and clearly articulate the risks, challenges and opportunities. Also highlight the requirements in terms of access, roles and permissions to perform feasibility study.

Stakeholder Management
  • You will be a face of Smart Automation team for Product Owners and ensuring that requirements are met and delivered on time by following Agile methodology and documentations and all other structured processes.
  • Timely update on status of the projects and managing the stakeholders' communications and liaise with peer group and IT for fixing any of the blockers.
  • Engage with products owners and SMEs effectively.
  • Participate in knowledge forums and share ideas, gather knowledge and drive continuous improvements.
  • Engage with developers and designers to review all design documentation (e.g., Process Overview, FSD and other design documents).

Enforcing Best Practices
  • Enforce best-practices on all aspects of design and development.
  • Offer feedback and advice to development team to ensure highest quality of submitted materials at all stages of the development process.
  • Create and review reusable components.

Technical Skills
  • Stay updated with latest technologies introduced in Finance Operations
  • Get certified in new technologies periodically.

What We Need from You?

Minimum 5+ years of development experience in BPO Operations Management, Process Automation, or related field, preferably in the Finance domain, change management, good communication and project management.

Technology Skills:
  • Technical skill sets: Power Automate Desktop Flow, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud Flow, Power Bi, Excel VBA, MS Access, MS Sql and Alteryx
  • Power Apps- experience in developing canvas applications for request/ticket management, workflow management.
  • Power Automate - experience in developing flows for connecting to primarily SharePoint, Sql and managing data flow operations, email notifications.
  • Power Automate Desktop - experience in developing flows for automation of SAP, web and windows based apps
  • Excel VBA - experience in edge browser and SAP automation and excel-to-excel automation.
  • Worked as a Developer preferably in Power Platform.
  • Accredited Developer from Microsoft or Product company or reputed institutions
  • Experienced with Best Practices and high-quality solution design.
  • Experience of change management process.
  • Have worked on both on premise and on cloud implementation of RPA.
  • Has industry experience in any other technology like SAP, .Net, Java, C#, Python etc.
  • Proven experience of successfully delivering high quality solutions in high pressure, structured environments using standard project management techniques and disciplines

Required Experience:
  • Experience as a virtual team worker.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree, in IT, Engineering or Accounting and/or Management
  • Relevant experience of 5+ years in automation projects and deep experience of digital technologies

  • Expertise in developing applications using PowerApps, canvas, SQL, Forms, SharePoint online, Azure, Web Services, using DAX and generated dashboards & reports and integrating with PowerApps.
  • Worked through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, functional/technical specifications, designing, developing, testing, deploying the applications and providing production support.
  • Multiple IT application related certification (excluding MS Office tools) will be added advantage.
