We are looking for a
Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our team in
Minnetonka, MN! We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, and high-level knowledge of SAP, financial, and project management skills. If you have a bachelor's degree in engineering or another related field with at least 7 years of experience in materials management and creating logistics strategies, apply today!
Key Objectives:- Set material management and logistics strategy for the Minnetonka plant by leading a team of logistics specialists, planners, and warehouse supervisor
- Lead a logistics team and manage daily logistics activities in compliance with EHS, import/ export rules
- Drive process improvement projects cross functionally to improve overall cost and improve on time delivery methods
- Develop and maintain a funnel of logistics improvement projects to meet financial targets and improve operations
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Sourcing, Brilliant Fulfillment team, and PSI teams to ensure on time shipments, master data integrity, and surety of raw material supply
- Ensure production continuity through vendor on time delivery through the Material Planner
- Responsible for OTC/OTX delivery performance KPIs to ensure communication accuracy for order fulfillment
- Work with Brilliant Fulfillment team to harmonize plant planning processes with global standards
- Lead materials management and planning across F&M Minnetonka site including:
- Reporting and managing inventory level of raw, semi-finished goods and finished goods
- Working with Finance and PSI teams to reduce slow moving non-moving inventory reserves
- Developing robust processes for cycle counts and accuracy and annual inventory counts
Core Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a similar technical field
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in a relevant field
- Prior experience in Materials Management or Operations leadership
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong financial and project management skills + SAP knowledge
- Excellent computer skills (i.e., Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
