Looking for an experienced Production / Operations Supreintendent local to the Midland / Odessa area.

Production facilities experience required:

1. Troubleshooting problems, repairing, and maintaining production facilities (include tank batteries, water injection wells, producing wells).
2. Troubleshooting pipelining and compression issues.
3. Troubleshooting surveillance alarms and resolving issues
4. Training and development of production lease operators - hands on teacher for the team
5. Knowledgeable of ESPs, HSPs, and water injection systems.
6. Strong production facilities experience and troubleshooting.
