Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to effectively understand the change initiative
  • Own the complete value chain of Organizational Change Management deliverables including the Case for Change, Change Management Approach, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Impact Assessment, Communication Approach, Change Champion Network, Training Approach and Sustainability Approach
  • Draft communications to facilitate the required stakeholder engagement
  • Define the training needs analysis, develop a targeted training approach, develop training materials and facilitate training where required
  • Define measures of success / KPIs to ensure the change is sustainable
  • Facilitate change while effectively building effective business ownership of the change


Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to onboard quickly, prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
  • Operate well in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience of at least one organizational change management role within a complex project environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaboration, client relationship skills, detail-oriented
  • Experience in project development lifecycle and change management methodologies
  • Minimal travel required
