SUPERINTENDENT HSE
Job Location :- Qatar
Qualification :- Bachelors Degree in Health & Safety OR Engineering in Mechanical or Chemical
Objective:
Oversee & manage the HSE Section, implement standard HSE programs with 100% company compliance to ensure company's readiness to address emergency situation.
Key Accountabilities:
Write implement and manage HSE Programs policies and procedures and lead the development and presentation of relevant HSE trainings in RLOC.
Administer and maintain compliance program i.e. Hazard communication hearing conservation hot work respiratory protection etc.
Oversee the compliance of applicable laws and regulations to ensure proper implementations of standard HSE Programs.
Cooperate in compliance reviews general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support health Safety and Environmental Management.
Participate in detailed incident investigations and root cause analysis conduct daily and monthly HSE meetings/Trainings and schedule as needed to identify risks properly and timely.
Lead the development Job hazard analysis to ensure quality and completeness of the analysis.
Conducts internal HSE auditing in compliance with standard processes (OE, ISO, external government entities.
Prepares and implements programs on industrial hygiene, quality controls and environmental awareness (PPE, Risk Management, Fire Protection Equipment, HazMat, Behaviour based safety etc)
Experience Required :
7 - 10 years Supervisor Level of experience with the same position in Oil & Gas Industry
Preferred Experience in Petrochemical Industry
