District Manager - Jiffy Lube (Seattle)

While being exposed too and working with cross functional teams in SOPUS that will support your success. These teams include SOPUS Indirect teams, supply chain, fleets, marketing, finance, credit, network development and business assurance.
What is the Role?
Your challenge as a District Manager will be to build upon the current success of Jiffy Lube, maximizing delivery of our JLI and franchisee business goals within your district. Serving as both a strategic business consultant and tactical operational advisor, you will coach and guide franchisees to deliver long term profitable growth, improve their customer experience, optimize their service offerings and remain compliant with all Jiffy Lube policies and procedures.
The district covers approximately 90 franchise locations within the greater Washington /Seattle markets.
- As the primary franchise relationship owner in the Northwest, you will manage the strategic direction of your accounts, including multi-layered management teams, to deliver operational, commercial and customer excellence. While working overall with an area team to manage our largest franchisee with approximately 500 locations.
- Employ commercial knowledge and economic acumen to deliver $7.5 million in annual C5 and approximately $100 million in total revenue.
- As a district manager, you will consult your franchisees on current and future product trends enabling them to forecast inventory needs to service customers and maximize business results.
- Sell-in and manage new Jiffy Lube business offerings including the Jiffy Lube Multicare business model, technology, customer experience, marketing and operational plans designed to create long-term success.
- Understand and enforce Jiffy Lube Brand and contract requirements for operations, products, marketing and customer experience. Address areas of non-compliance when needed.
Skills and RequirementsWhat we need from you?
The successful Jiffy Lube District Manager will be a self-starter that is able to autonomously manage their individual book of business, while collaborating across the organization to deliver results. This is a complex role with endless opportunities to grow your commercial acumen.
Other key skills and requirements include:
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in a commercial role
- Effectively work in a home office / virtual setting. This is a field-based role, requiring travel to visit customers. Most trips do not require overnight stays, however there are some quarterly and annual meetings that will require you to be away from home.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and leaders within the Jiffy Lube and SOPUS organization
- Develop a strong commercial relationship with your franchisee that fosters an open line of communication, aligns on objectives and ensures maximum business delivery
- Analyze data and generate insights to create a robust franchisee business Account plan that considers the unique circumstances of each franchisee
- Use Power BI, Salesforce, and other customer relationship management tools to prioritize, communicate, track and close sales calls and opportunities
- Utilize face-to-face and virtual techniques to conduct frequent business reviews and coaching for franchisees, their managers and service center employees
- Anticipate plan gaps and opportunities by generating leading estimates and taking action to meet targets
- Diligently follow-up on meetings to delegate actions and ensure commitment/accountability
The base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $151,000 per year. Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.
