Duration: 12-month agency contract, will extend to a permanent role.
Rate: negotiable hourly rate

As Principal Engineer Sustainable Technology you will work within the Process department, and you will have an active and challenging role in engineering issues in which you act as a 'cooperating foreman'.
Your work is very diverse. For example, you will carry out complex feasibility studies and make conceptual designs, design energy systems, focusing on steam, heat and cooling, process optimization and implementation of sustainable technology and energy supply and support sales activities by contributing technical knowledge in drawing up concrete offers to customers.
Requirements
· You have graduated HBO or WO in the direction of Chemical Technology / Chemical Engineering.
· At least 8 years of relevant technical work experience at independent engineering level and technical advice.
· Theoretical and practical knowledge of conducting energy studies and making production processes more sustainable.
· You have an extroverted personality, have good communication, analytical skills and are driven to bring projects to a successful conclusion.
