The goal is to achieve maximum profitability and growth in-line with the overall company goals. The Account Executives establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities to grow sales pipeline.
- Respond to inbound leads to determine level of engagement and qualify leads.
- Research and build both cold and warm accounts (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling).
- Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
- Manage customer accounts while exploring ways to expand product and service delivery.
- Relevant sales experience (AEC, Manufacturing, or software industry experience a plus);
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills as well as public speaking abilities;
- Tech savvy;
- High Energy with a positive attitude;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Maintain Zoho CRM account database, initiate quotations, follow up on quotes, convert quotes to sales orders/invoices and maintain the contract database; and
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of technology sales, software, or hardware solutions.
- Technical knowledge of printing solutions desired but not required.
- Excellent time management, administrative skills, and attention to detail.
