As a Commercial/Contracts Risk Manager you will be responsible to Prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.
As a Commercial/Contract Risk Manager you will be responsible for:
- Reporting to the Regional Commercial Operations Leader
- Supporting project prequalification proposals.
- Leading contract negotiation, contract review and approval process
- Work with regional sales team as a key partner in the development of winning proposal
- Support the Product Line strategy and Region metrics in meeting segment
- Orders, Sales, As-Sold Margin and Hit Rate
- Enforce order-booking requirements and drive an improved TATs
- Data analysis
- Process mapping
- Root cause analysis
- Process implementation
Fuel your passion
- Degree in Law, Business, Science, Technical, Engineering, (or equivalent) from an 3rd level institution
- Strong writing, organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can lead internal indirect teams
- Fluent in English
- Self-starter with high energy level
- Legal background
- Problem solver: translate the challenges into action to find a solution.
- Reliable, attentive to detail.
- Team player: share thoughts, questions and ideas with the team.
- Strong appetite to learn, curious.
- Take initiative, be autonomous and self-confident.
- Quantitative analytical skills with the ability to identify, interpret and resolve unstructured problems, Proven ability to collect, analyze and interpret data
- Other language skills (Arabic) desired but not essential.
- Interested in Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement and implementation.
- Commercial/contractual experience
