RST Global Solutions specializes in training mobilization and helping clients ensure all crew members obtain the necessary training irrespective of the country where the vessel will operate. During onboard training process, trainers deliver training that fits client operational schedule. For each training course, there is a theoretical knowledge component and practical activity that provides hands-on experience to all trainees and increase their knowledge in the field.

We are currently seeking an OIM/Barge Supervisor( Drilling - MODU-FPSO ) who have had an extensive and successful career providing oversight and training of personnel on board their respective vessels.

The ideal candidate is a person who may be ready to re-enter the work force as a Contractual Trainer(No Training experience required. We will provide the neccessary procedures) after a semi-retirement break or looking for a new opportunity after a layoff because of the recent downturn in the oil & gas sector because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
