JOB SUMMARY:
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for providing contract administration support to Limetree Bay Terminals and Limetree Bay Refining.  This role will communicate with internal clients and service providers to create and administer service agreements and other vendor contracts. This role will also assist with verifying contract compliance, contracting related tracking and other Projects.  This position reports to the Manager, Contracts, in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Essential Job Functions
  • Collaborate with procurement team and internal business partners on contracting needs
  • Negotiate agreements with new service providers and revise terms as required
  • Work with Finance, Procurement, and other relevant involved teams to ensure contracts are in compliance
  • Develop and maintain electronic contracts files, records, and other documentation
  • Monitor contract deadlines and conditions to ensure all relevant payments are made
  • Create and maintain contract related tracking and reporting databases
Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong, disciplined organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential documents and correspondence
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Paralegal training from an ABA-certified program preferred
  • Expectation is that work week will be more than 40 hours

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (minimum)
  • 2 or more years contract management experience, paralegal or similar role in an industrial or construction environment
  • Experience in Refinery setting preferred
  • SAP experience preferred

Physical Requirements - (Office Setting)
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, climb stairs, push and pull, reach overhead, stoop and squat.  Position is generally in an office setting.
