This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewables business with the retail business and will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.

As a member of legal affairs department at Eni Plenitude Renewables Spain SLU you will be responsible for :


  • Drafting and negotiation of EPC and O&M contracts,
  • Assisting the teams for all legal contingencies arising during the construction and the operation of the assets.
  • Corporate: secretarial services of the 20 Spanish companies of the group, attend BoD


This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :



  • Lawyer experience
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector
  • Experience in Corporate or Mercantile law and experience in the management of the proceedings.
  • Lawyer experience, especially in Spain.
  • Substantial experience in the renewable energy sector. Alternatively, experience in the infrastructure/construction sector will be positively assessed.
  • Qualification: law degree from a Spanish university.
  • Languages: o Spanish: native/bilingual
  • English: B2
