A. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY. (Required) Our client requires a
Completion Documentation Coordinator to support the onshore Team from 01/May/2023 to 05/April/2024
Essential Responsibility is to coordinate the procurement and the logistic of material and tools needed for the Completion Activities of the Project. This person shall supervise ECO execution for Completion Activities through the Logistics subcontractors, ensuring that operations are lead on-time, on-quality, with a strong focus on 0 Completion Items before Wind turbine Components Load-Out.
He shall coordinate the procurement of the parts with the local preferred suppliers.
Working Area: Massachusetts.
Work will be on daily basis, 5 to 6 days of work per week.
B. SERVICES. (Required) Supplier shall perform the following Services under this SOW:

B6 Coordinate Documentation Technician / Engineering
B7 Define the consumable bag (all recurrent consumables)
B8 Define the Kanban (consumables: screws / caps / Loctite)
B9 Define the critical spares (Motors / Cranes / Pumps)
B10 Improve WI on field Feedback
B11 Documentation Coordination
C. DELIVERABLES. (Required) Supplier shall provide the following Deliverables under this SOW:

Minimum
Mandatory training for Onshore - EHS Training mandatory:
- GWO - Work at Height
- Nacelle Factory EHS Induction (Given by our Client)
- Advanced Electrical Safety (NFPA 70e Compliant) for US
- Logistic Hub Induction (Given by our Client)
Mandatory Normal PPE:
- Helmet with chin strap, approved for electrical environment, CE, EN 397, EN 50365,
- Safety Glasses class 1
- Safety Shoes S3 with non-conductive protective toes cap EN ISO 2034
- Gloves (Depending on type of tasks)
- High Visibility Jackets
- Long-sleeves T-shirt,
- Jackets (rain/waterproof jacket, winter jackets, softshell),
- Sweatshirt (no hoodies)
- Base layer (Top and legging)
