Petroplan is seeking to Hire Senior Planning & Performance Management Analyst for one of its clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following at the Admin Area level:
- Lead, coordinate and execute, with minimal supervision, routine planning and performance management tasks, such as the weekly highlights, monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, accountability reporting, KPI reporting, and business plan development;
- Assume the risk coordinator role for the Admin Area;
- Represent the Admin Area on cross-functional initiatives relating to planning and performance management;
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the major deliverables of the Admin Area through hands-on involvement in these activities;
- Provide oversight on the Admin Area's administrative costs
Education & Experience Requirements
As the successful candidate you will have the following:
- Bachelors in Business Admin, Finance, MIS or a related discipline;
- 5-7 years of related experience;
- Ability to produce reports and presentations to senior management;
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary team, as well as in cross-functional settings;
- Excellent communication skills; proficient in developing spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint;
- Enthusiasm to develop knowledge and skills relating to the Treasury functions;
- Attention to detail is a must.
