  • Machine complex features with a wide range of materials.
  • Selects tools and fixtures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and sketches.
  • Work to a machining plan.
  • Comply with Company and Regulatory HSE, Quality and IT standards and policies Maintain required HSE and SQ certifications Navigate and utilize the DRILCO Machine Shop Services Procedures Manual Knowledge of common machining specifications and standards utilized in the industry.
  • Application and use of machine tooling components required to perform machining services Maintain the equipment during the shift and performance scheduled maintenance
  • Consistently maintain a clean work areaBuild tools from drawings including set up, programming and machining Perform QA/QC inspections on finished products Utilize basic computer skills to accurately complete all Machine Shop Services related documentation
  • Effectively communicate machining results to supervisors and/or customers
  • Performs all other duties and projects assigned by Supervisor


Minimum Job Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience in CNC machine -Lathe
  • Fanuc programming
  • Ideal experience with Gate valves
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
