Principal Accountabilities:
  • Support Downstream Functions (DSF) & DSF Ops Delivery Teams
  • Identify and lead Operational Excellence improvement through data driven process analytics (PowerBI, eOSCAR, ARIBA / ERP Reports) and raise them to Experts for implementation. Champion and lead by example the right the first time and brilliant basics in Category Management Contracting & Procurement (CMCP) and P2P
  • Manage and develop an active and sustainable community of Super Users within DSF & DSF Ops, when appropriate within the business community
  • Use of Knowledge Management tools as a means of sustainably building and sharing knowledge in the community and networks in DSF (e.g., Yammer, MS Teams groups, KE / SU Networks, Digital Ninja, etc.)


Operational Excellence
  • Support Operational Excellence goals delivery and identify, prioritise, and deliver improvements in collaboration with Continuous Improvement (CI) CP Excellence Leads and Delivery Team Leads
  • Maintain close collaboration and facilitate timely communication between Information & Insight CP Excellence Leads and respective Delivery Teams
  • Identify, Develop and Execute learning & development opportunities within the supported class of business. Coordinate collection of and ranking of potential improvement opportunities to add into the CI Improvement Opportunity funnel
  • Constantly develop knowledge and understanding of E2E processes and integration points between processes.


Contracting & Procurement Support Model
  • Responsible for maintaining a robust, active and competent Super User Community for the processes supported. Including:
  • Onboarding, coaching and ongoing competence development of Super User community,
  • Regular and effective engagement and involvement of Super User community to cascade communications (e.g., changes to system & process, impact assessments of potential new functionality, current trending issues, testing opportunities, requests for support and trouble shoot / root case with End Users, trainings, etc.)
  • Provide guidance & coaching to Super Users for queries or issues they cannot resolve themselves
  • Maintain Global Super user locator tools
  • Manage and coordinate business change readiness activities, Stakeholder engagement and Training & Communications activities related to global changes to systems and processes.


Knowledge Management
  • Champion use of Knowledge Management tools as a means of sustainably building and sharing knowledge across a global community with: Success Stories, Lessons Learned / Learning from Incidents, Best Practices and opportunities for replication from and outside DSF)
  • Compile training materials or Work instructions.


Skills & Experience:
  • In-depth understanding of the tools & processes used in Contracting & Procurement; CMCP and RTP processes required, previous experience in Delivery Team preferred
  • Stakeholder Management and Stakeholder Influencing
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills incl. proactiveness
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in Contracting & Procurement Process Improvement
  • Experience in delivering F2F / virtual trainings


Nice to have:
