Responbilties
Liaise with government and private entities to obtain all required permits to work in KSA
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report on permit coordination status.
Collect and prepare all required documents for permits processing.
Apply work permits requests to all government and private entities in KSA.
Follow-up permits applications progress.
Coordinate between Project team and other stakeholders whenever required during permits processing.
Arrange meetings and workshops to ensure involvement of different stakeholders in the project.
Qualifuations
Bachelor level qualification in relevant degree (Engineering, Public Relations, etc).
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
Arabic Mother Tongue - Fluent in English.
Strong working knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to infrastructure project in KSA
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
