This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, and an understanding of the assigned business unit's technical products and solutions. Industry experience is a plus.
Job Duties
- Under broad direction, provides advanced consultation and advice in support of marketing content creation, and the development of product and solution messaging.
- Requires working with multiple stakeholders to set project goals, timelines, and campaign strategies.
- Develops marketing strategies for business units, geographies, and PSLs through projects and expert advice. Applies knowledge of corporate mainstays and strategic focus areas to better advise on business objectives.
- Plans and executes marketing events and campaigns across all forms of media in support of business unit objectives, support content creation, including campaigns, messaging, web, social media, brochures, product videos, etc.
- Liaise with digital marketing, creative, brand and communications team to lead on quotes/proposals, kickoff calls, projects and campaigns, brand/design system compliance, timely delivery of assets, digital marketing, and internal/external communications.
- Champion Halliburton brand standards, digital design system, and best practices. Utilize/maintain Digital Asset Management tool: upload, tag, and maintain designs in DAM.
- Provide general support to technical papers and presentations. Support the PSL with internal events such as town halls and webinars.
- Sets project priorities, identifies and assigns required resources, manages project budget, and directs the work of external vendors to ultimately deliver within timing and budget constraints often across multiple projects at any given time.
Requirements
- Skills are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or Liberal Arts.
- 10 years of experience in Marketing, of which at least five should be in the industry.
Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles give (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from Marketing Manager to Senior Marketing Manager.
