- Seasonal professional with minimum of 10 years' experience in an Oil and Gas Major Projects environment, demonstrated corporate and / or function-level governance experience, established project engineering experience, experience working on large-scale onshore and/or offshore projects, working in the Middle East with National Oil Companies or International Oil Companies will be an advantage
- Key member of Integration Team, collaboratively working to support overall Integration priorities and deliverables including coordination and stewardship of governance related work scope, facilitating key technical assumptions and management of change across multiple projects, stewardship of project executive vulnerabilities (risks and issues) across multiple projects, strategic implementation new division / project governance stewardships
- The Lead of Project Engineering responsibilities include providing day-to-day support to Major Projects Integration Division Heads, Managers and Project Manager, support coordination of multiple executive committee meetings including development of communication packs and summaries, facilitate meetings and capture (scribing) minutes of meeting, ascertaining alignment with committee members, facilitating key technical assumptions (design basis), facilitating management of change across multiple projects, stewardship of project executive vulnerabilities (risks and issues) across multiple projects and divisions
- Maintaining, monitoring, controlling and consolidation of confidential and sensitive Major Projects portfolio data, faultless work planning and delivery utilizing multi-range software suites, delivery of clearly communicated presentations articulating work scope delivery, forecasts, progress, deficits and proposed mitigations, positively participate and contribute in daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly meetings / workshops, perform at the highest level on a daily basis to support and collaborate with the Major Projects Integration Team.
