As Logistics Intern You Will
Logistics intern provides back up / Support to tubular running services Operations Department to perform activities including but not limited to Land logistics, Port & Customs Documentation, Baker Hughes Transport Platform, Consignment Note Complement Up Load, Shipment Tracking, Vessel & Trucking Follow Up and Preparation of Equipment Offloading Notices for the different ports of Golf of Mexico.

As an Intern, you will be:
- Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset
- Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
- Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
- Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
To be successful in this role you Should:
- Be currently enrolled in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related bachelor's degree and have at least 1 year left of school
- Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
- Be open to move between Ciudad del Carmen and Villahermosa
- Be fluent in oral and written English
- Have the legal right to work without restrictions or have company sponsorship in the country you have applied
- Be prepared to enroll yourself with different activities and projects, being owner of them and having an active voice to be part of the team and the company in a large scale
As Logistics Intern You Will

Essential Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee the logistics tasks associated with SAP creation for sales orders
- Identify logistics neck bottles and improvement opportunities through report monitoring and data analysis
- Land logistics request and follow up for tubular running services operations
- During the internship, the student will support Port & Customs Documentation issue, follow up and resolution
- Baker Hughes Transport Platform usage, create request and Follow Up
- Equipment Shipment on Vessel & Trucking tracking
- Consignment Note Complement Up Load
- Preparation of Equipment Offloading Notices for different ports
- Create and maintain KPI reporting relative to logistics spend & supplier performance focus on service delivery and HSE
