Roles and Responsibilities:
? Review vendor IOM manuals to determine maintenance requirements including spare parts list,
required maintenance / lubrication activities.
? Develop detailed Bill of Materials of all subcomponents for all equipment on required Cabot
format.
? Solicit spare parts lists from vendors. Analyze service risk and part availability to determine
spare part inventory strategy.
o Identify startup and operational spares needed
o Develop spare part P/N creation / new inventory request for each spare part for
addition to CMMS.
? Review vendor IOM Manuals to develop PMs and needed routine predictive maintenance.
o Prepare preliminary EIT plan for review
o Develop required maintenance task list with interval (PM) for each piece of equipment.
Prepare PM in format for entry
o Develop job plans including required materials, tools, and equipment for each PM.
o Develop comprehensive job schedule for all PMs.
o Develop lubrication routes for routine lubrication on vendor equipment.
o Develop predictive maintenance (PdM) routes including vibration and temperature
checks on vendor equipment
