Plan, design, and execute subsea projects, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of subsea equipment
Work closely with the project team, including subsea equipment suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that the projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Perform subsea equipment selection and specification, prepare technical specifications for equipment procurement, and oversee the testing, installation, and commissioning of the equipment.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Participate in the development and implementation of project procedures and guidelines, ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for subsea projects.
Act as the technical authority on subsea equipment and provide technical support and guidance to the project team and stakeholders.
Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and available to stakeholders as required.
Provide regular project updates to the project team and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Subsea Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in subsea engineering, including project management, equipment selection, and installation.
Strong knowledge of subsea equipment, including subsea trees, manifolds, umbilicals, and flowlines.
Experience with subsea installation techniques and procedures.
Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with subsea inspection, repair, and maintenance (IRM) activities is desirable.
