What we are looking for:
A degree qualified engineer with operations experience. The ideal candidate will have management experience both of direct reports and of indirect reports. We are looking for someone that can influence and engage staff and contractors even when they may not directly manage them.
Chemicals experience would be hugely advantageous but we would welcome applicants from other high hazard industries.
Your remit would be to cover Production, Power generation and logistics / stores.
