At Eni, we are looking for an Investment/ Financial Analyst within Eni Plenitude Renewables Spain SLU in Madrid, Spain. You will be responsible for performing economic and financial valuation of new greenfield and M&A renewables initiatives in Spain and France, with focus on different technologies (e.g., photovoltaic, onshore wind, storage), to support top management investment decisions.

This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewables business with the retail business and will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.

As a member of the CFO Team at Eni Plenitude Renewables Spain SLU you will be responsible for :

 

  • Building/ preparing financial models according to specific needs (tenders, M&A, PPAs, impairment, financial closing, etc.).
  • Supporting Plenitude Renewables investment approval process and manage all relevant stakeholders.
  • Carrying out periodic financial and variance analysis to monitor projects profitability along all the development/execution stages and during operations, actively working with internal functions (accounting, planning & control, asset management, technical, legal).
  • Supporting in the elaboration of the budget and 4-year strategic plan and KPIs monitoring in collaboration with HQ Planning and Control department.
  • Reporting to the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will be participating in the development of the Renewables business in Spain and France, with the following main tasks:

 


This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :

 

 

  • Master's Degree in Administration, Finance & Control or similar
  • experience in corporate finance, financial advisory or debt structuring practices
  • Experience in renewables energy industry considered a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of excel VBA language is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Spanish and English at the level of oral and written communication
  • Written and oral communication skills, presentation skills to the top management
