Job Description
The Lead - Intercompany Process Coordinator is responsible for Finance/Management data checking and work on cross recharges between locations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination of the activities in the shipment issue resolution process.
- Not responsible for fixing issues or proactive activities of the data cleansing.
- Create Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders / Sales Orders where applicable in various SLB systems following standard operating procedures and LCT specific instructions for processing.
- Trigger PO/SO from FLM.
- Validate PO/SO creation and follow up on PO changes.
- Validate or Stack FLM Transactions.
- Create ESM tickets and complete manual valuation in LCT-E and FLM for paper-stacked transactions.
- Recording of post fact transactions and closure of action items in ESM for unstacked shipments.
- Coordinate Issue Resolution Process via ESM.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Preferably from the background of Finance / Supply Chain / Intercompany.
- Excellent command of English required (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaborative skills
- Understanding of general logistics process flow.
- Understanding of local logistics rules and regulations.
- Proficiency / working knowledge of TMS/SAP/OTM, preferable but not necessary.
