What will you be doing??
Your responsibility includes but not limited to the following:
- Responsible for planning, performing and reporting of assigned product tests.
- Lead test execution at manufacturing site in Moss
- Strive to maximize use of standard materials and products.
- Manage assigned workload by own work or delegation.
- Deliver assigned tasks according to agreed dates.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to a continuous improvement culture.
- Ensure relevant Lessons Learnt are captured, understood and recorded as required.
- Proactively gain and share knowledge/experience within the team.
We think you should have some of the following:
- Experience with physical product testing including mechanical, electric and fibre optic elements.
- Norwegian language oral and written is required.
- Good technical, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work as a team member.
- Proven knowledge in SAP ERP system and MS Office
- CAD skills preferably Solid Works and work experience in design discipline
- Strength analysis skills
- Keen to gain knowledge and constantly develop own skills.
- Ability to manage own workload with minimum supervision.
- Understanding of the technical standards, approaches and procedures under which work assignments are completed.
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to different work assignments and demands.
