Als Teil unseres SULOW-Teams sind Sie verantwortlich fur:
• Unterstutzung unserer drei Abteilungen Supply, Logistik und Wholesale
• Administrative Abwicklung aller Ein- und Verkaufsprozesse dieser Abteilungen in SAP und Excel
• Tagliche Erstellung und Pflege der Verkaufspreislisten
• Erfassung aller transportierten und abgelieferten Mengen
• Berechnung der Vertragskonditionen und Ausgangsrechnungskontrolle
• Mitwirkung beim Monatsabschluss und der Fakturierung an Kund*innen
• Erfassung der Tankkraftwagen und Kesselwaggons in den Systemen
• Abwicklung der Zollformalitaten und direkter Kontakt mit der Zollbehorde
• Fallweise Abklarung der Lieferungen beim Mutterkonzern
Das ist die Chance fur Sie, wenn Sie diese Fahigkeiten und Anforderungen mitbringen:
• (Laufendes) Studium im Bereich Logistik, Transportmanagement oder ahnliche Ausbildung
• Mehrjahrige Berufserfahrung in ahnlicher Position
• Verstandnis fur Beschaffungs- und Logistikprozesse
• Fundierte SAP- und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
• Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, Italienisch von Vorteil
• Hohe Affinitat fur Zahlen und strukturiertes sowie analytisches Denken und Handeln
• Sehr gute Kommunikationskompetenz und Teamfahigkeit
• Proaktiver und gewissenhafter Arbeitsstil

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt fur diese Stelle liegt bei € 2.863,92 brutto pro Monat. In Abhangigkeit von Ihrer konkreten Qualifikation und beruflichen Erfahrung sind wir selbstverstandlich bereit, eine wettbewerbsfahige Uberzahlung anzubieten.

At Eni, we are looking for a new team member for our Supply/Logistics/Wholesale backoffice. In this position, you will be responsible for the administration of purchasing and sales processes.
About Eni Austria GmbH
As a subsidiary of the globally active Eni Group, Eni Austria GmbH is well established on the Austrian mineral oil market.
As a member of our SULOW Team you will be responsible for:
• Support of our three departments Supply, Logistics and Wholesale
• Administrative handling of all purchasing and sales processes of these departments in SAP and Excel
• Daily creation and maintenance of sales price lists
• Recording of all transported and delivered quantities
• Calculation of contract conditions and outgoing invoice control
• Participation in the monthly closing and invoicing to customers
• Registration of tank trucks and tank wagons in the systems
• Handling of customs formalities and direct contact with customs authorities
• Clarification of deliveries with the parent company on a case-by-case basis
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
• (Ongoing) studies in the field of logistics, transport management or similar
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Understanding of procurement and logistics processes
• Profound SAP and very good Excel skills are required
• Excellent German and good English skills, Italian an advantage
• High affinity for numbers and structured as well as analytical thinking and acting
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proactive and conscientious work style
