At Eni, we are looking for a Permitting Manager within Eni Plenitude (Renewables) in Madrid, Spain. You will be responsible for the implementation of all the permits and licenses requirements, with special reference to the environmental and construction ones.

This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewables business with the retail business and will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.

As a member of the team at Eni Plenitude (Renewables) you will be responsible for:
  • Supervising the handover of renewable projects from development to execution, making sure the permits are aligned with the local legislation.
  • Interact with the development, engineering, and grid connection departments to verify and check the projects are allowed to be constructed and predict potential risks.
  • Ensuring the implementation of permits and licenses requirements and conditions.
  • Managing the interface with local administrations and different stakeholders and amend/include any documentation that is needed to allow the start of the construction.
  • Supporting the company in the main negotiation with the different stakeholders during the permitting process.


This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mining Engineering or similar
  • experience in the renewables energy sector
  • Knowledge of the Spanish energy market and legislation, as well as previous relationships with the local administration entities
  • Advanced knowledge of Spanish and English at the level of oral and written communication.
  • Responsible person, with initiative, goal-oriented, leadership capacity and communication and teamwork skills.
  • Capacity for synthesis and facility to prepare reports and presentations
  • B1 driving license and availability to make occasional trips both in Spain and abroad.
