IRC222699 - ENGAGEMENT MANAGER (Land Coordinator)

At Eni, we are looking for an Engagement Manager(Land Coordinator) within Eni Plenitude (Renewables) in Madrid, Spain. You will be responsible for ensuring the participation of the different stakeholders such as landowners, local authorities and third parties involved within the development of greenfield projects, securing private and public acceptance.

This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewables business with the retail business and will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.

As a member of the team at Eni Plenitude (Renewables) you will be responsible for:
  • Seeking available opportunities for the development of new renewable projects, both wind and solar, negotiating with landowners to sign a land promise and securing local acceptance of our developments.
  • Engagement of commercial relationship with stakeholders and other interested contacts that could provide new leads (associations, elected representatives, public administrations, agencies, private individuals, etc).
  • Good knowledge at ministry level or local authorities' environment is required.
  • Meetings and coordination with the network operator when required.
  • Supervision and planning the administrative permitting processes to enable the development of the projects.
  • Coordinating and managing of stakeholders and third parties of the assigned projects, up to the start of the construction phase of the projects.
  • Contributing to preparation of socioeconomic plans for the Grid Tender processes ("C oncursos de Capacidad ").
  • Coordinating of reports and control required according to in-house corporate standards for the flawless development and permitting processes.
  • Following up with public administrations, landowners, consultants, etc. and frequent meetings with such entities.
  • Promoting a healthy and safe working environment.
  • The Candidate will join the Development Department and will participate in the implementation of socio-economic plans.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Economics, Lawyer or similar.
  • Previous experience in similar positions in the Renewables Energy market is a plus.
  • Knowledge of urbanism, environmental, and energy regulation rules.
  • Good command of English.
  • Driving license to facilitate visits to the project sites and local authorities.
  • Ability to address different publics, and persuasive with effective communication.
