Plant Admin Coordinator in Botlek
 
Main responsibilities
  • Coordinating and processing plant volume and terminal shipping dates for the Rotterdam factories in the  available systems according to the applicable standards.  
  • Administrative or coordinating support of production-related activities.
 
Department function
  • The plant administration department is an integral part of the Botlek production organization.
  • The Botlek organization includes   several factories for the production of industrial gases and utilities.  Job requirements: Safety  (EHS Environment, Health and Safety), quality and company rules
  • Knows and understands the  EHS and  quality procedures and the  company rules on code of conduct/ integrity and  diversity,  and  accepts the personal responsibilities associated with the position and as described  in Global Quality Procedure.
  • Takes on a personal EHS and  quality leadership role in the  execution  of daily EHS activities, planning and execution of work. 
  • Actively participates in the EHS activities of  the organization  and makes a personal contribution to achieving  the 'Zero Incidents' objective. 
Coordinating and processing plant admin data Core activities
  • Collects the shipping data from all Botlek loading terminals on a daily basis and processes this together with the volume data from all Botlek factories and HyCO4 in the  intended systems such as VMS or a replacement system.  Identifies deviations and brings them to  the attention of the relevant production managers.
  • Adjusts VMS, or a replacement system, on behalf of the Rotterdam production managers.
  • Organizes a monthly review meeting prior to the month closure to assess the plant  volume data by the Rotterdam production managers, the plant  managers  and  the business account managers. 
  • Carries out the monthly closing monthly, on the first working day of the new month,  in collaboration with the Rotterdam production managers  of the  Botlek and HyCO4 locations. The ratification of this activity is done by means  of the complete processing of the accounting checklist for the indicated time. 
  • Conducts all kinds of connected transactions on  a monthly basis, on  the first working day of the new month.  liquids (MIGO processing) in SAP  to confirm the total shipments and  consumption of  the liquids (LOX, LIN, LAR and Lhy) on the loading terminals and related systems.  
  • Ensures that in the event of  defects or maintenance of measuring devices, back up data is entered into the volume processing system (VMS). Discusses this with the maintenance department.  Supports various departments in  filling in data files (eg. emission overviews, ...)  and when filling out forms (e.g. filling in energy tax).
 Supporting activities;
  • Carries out activities at administrative level on behalf of the production and/or plant manager
  • Supports the processing of transport data such as ADR compliance in the available computer systems. 
  • In certain cases, shipping documents processed for  the transport of products.
  • The position includes administrative work and mainly includes  computer work.
Maintaining internal contact with / with regard to;
  • Various departments within the production organization for obtaining or providing information for processing plant data. 
  • Production and plant manager for receiving orders for specific tasks.   Maintains external contact with / with regard to
  • Customers in data exchange.
  • Schenk drivers and Schenk office attn. new drivers who come to load and unload.
Qualifications; 
  • MBO education, HBO thinking level.
  • Relevant knowledge of computer programs, MS Office and SAP.
  • Relevant knowledge of special programs for plant data processing.
  • Specific safety and technical training according to LSO program.
  • Knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
