ELECTRICAL DESIGN LIAISON ENGINEER EXECUTIVE SUMMARY. (Required)
The wind farm is located in Massachusetts, US, where Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) are to be installed.
SERVICES. (Required) Supplier shall perform the following Services under this SOW:
Item Services Task - Name and Description
B1 Coordinate Electrical technical subjects between Offshore Engineering Organization, Supply Chain & T&I activities in logistic hub and offshore site
B2 Be the point of contact of Engineering for electrical issue at the Hub (NC / PacCase / Punchlist)
B3 Help the NCR and Engineering Change processes to work properly (NC rework & ECO retrofit)
B4 Resolve part of the Non-Conformities detected in the Hub & Offshore
B5 Propose Engineering Changes based on experience from the Hub & Offshore activity
B6 Electrical Technical field advisory & HUB ramp up support.
DELIVERABLES. (Required)
Supplier shall provide the following Deliverables under this SOW:

C1 Disposition of non-conformances in the NC system
C2 Engineering change proposal (ECP) & ECO implementation in-situ
C3 Punchlist & Customer question review and support
C4 Work instructions / Drawings with support of CAD engineer
PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE / TERM OF SOW. (Required)
This Statement of work shall commence on the statement of work Effective Date and, unless sooner terminated under the Agreement terms, shall remain in effect until the 31 of August 2023. Any extension of the contract will be notified by our client in writing.
LOCATION. (Required) Supplier shall perform the Services at the following location or locations:
Up to 2 months of training is based - France
Then the working location is - Massachusetts
