 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY. (Required)
The Offshore Wind division of our client has been selected to install 62 wind turbines on the East Coast of USA during the year 2023.
To ensure the good management of the procurement and the logistic related to parts for Escaping Defects, our client requires a Completion ECO Coordinator to support the onshore Team from 01/May/2023 to 05/April/2024
                                                                                                                               
Essential Responsibility is to coordinate the procurement and the logistic of material and tools needed for the Completion Activities of the Project in MA. This person shall supervise ECO execution for Completion Activities through the Logistics subcontractors, ensuring that operations are lead on-time, on-quality, with a strong focus on 0 Completion Items before Wind turbine Components Load-Out.
They shall coordinate the procurement of the parts with the local preferred suppliers.

English Speaker is mandatory. Bilingual in French would be helpful.
Profile oriented on KPI, data treatment is mandatory.
Experience with field work is an advantage.
Work will be on daily basis, 5 to 6 days of work per week.

B.   SERVICES. (Required) Supplier shall perform the following Services 
  Item Services Task - Name and Description (detail each Services task in a single box) B1 Ensure the link between Engineering and Field Team for ECO Completion Activities B2          Follow the different steps of ECO validation
  B3 Ensure the good procurement of ECO validation B4 Ensure the creation of work instruction for ECO B5 Follow the first tests on site
  B6 Ensure that the BOM of components is updated
  B7 Report the blocking points related to ECO implementation or Part Activation B8 Ensure good coordination between all stake holders B9 Analyze new findings with support of Quality, Technical Support and Engineering B10 Develop the Risk Assessment and Define LTO to be applied B11 Documentation Coordination B12 Analyze New Findings with Support of Quality, Technical and Support Engineering B13 Develop Risk Assessment B14 Define LOTO to be Applied

C.           DELIVERABLES. (Required) Supplier shall provide the following Deliverables

  ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS.
Required skills:
 
  • Proven experience on project management and scheduled fulfillment.
  • Proven experience in Engineering Change Order and Documentation Coordination.
  • Must speak English. Ability to speak French would be helpful.
  • Experience in Wind projects site construction, with multinational team and subcontractor workforce
  • Proven experience with subcontractor's management.
  • Passionate and motivated
  • Strongly organized, methodological and practical in data recording and document management
  • Excellent ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to work out a balanced solution between different stakeholders.

Technical skills:
  • Good English and excellent Laptop and Microsoft Office computer skills.
  • Experience in Engineering change Order coordination.
  • Good Knowledge on Oracle is a nice to have

Minimum Mandatory training for Onshore - EHS Training mandatory:
  • Logistic Hub Induction (Given by our Client)
Mandatory Normal PPE:
  • Helmet with chin strap, approved for electrical environment, CE, EN 397, EN 50365,
  • Safety Glasses class 1
  • Safety Shoes S3 with non-conductive protective toes cap EN ISO 2034
  • Gloves (Depending on type of tasks)
  • High Visibility Jackets
  • Long-sleeves T-shirt,
  • Jackets (rain/waterproof jacket, winter jackets, softshell),
  • Sweatshirt (no hoodies)
  • Base layer (Top and legging)
