Responsibilities Job Purpose The role will be responsible for managing the overall go-to-market plans for the Product Line with the ultimate goal being to extract the most value from our technology in the market. The role will work closely with the Product Line Directors to develop and support the overall Strategic Roadmap, ensuring success through a solid understanding of the value the Product Line offers and how to leverage it. The role will work closely with the Product Line Directors and Product Line VP to develop and communicate the Strategy and Vision of the Product Line to guide the tool development required for the successful implementation of the strategy.

- Acquire and maintain updated information on changes in the size and value of the market
- Acquire and maintain updated competitor information such as technology, relevant moves/trends, market focus or pullbacks, pricing trends, etc.
- Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments for the strategy and plans accordingly to meet changing market and competitive landscapes. Provides appropriate market information for long- to mid-term decision making
- Identify potential partners in industry, academia, or government for new opportunities to pursue or ways to get ahead of emerging trends
- Collaborate internally with other Product Lines to create multi-PL market solutions which can be commercialized
- Engages with marketing, product, engineering, operations and business teams to identify impactful opportunities for technology and partnerships
- Presents Product Line commercial product launch plans to Corporate Marketing and oversees Branding efforts to ensure successful launch with high-quality product placement content
- Develop and manage technology commercialization plans aligned with Product Line Strategy
- Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as interviews and market report reviews
- Track activities through salesforce, interacting with Global Sales and Sales Operations team
- Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
- Develop/acquire/maintain the technical and business industry knowledge vital to effectively function and perform as an expert consultant in our client's business environment

- Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
FINANCIAL

Qualifications Experience & Education REQUIRED
- University Degree in Business or Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably upstream, with at least 2+ years of international (multi-continent) business experience
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing and account management (local and global)
- Strong understanding and promotion of CRM, sales skills, business development and marketing tools
PREFERRED
- 5+ years of Wireline experience across multiple regions with detailed knowledge in Wireline technology
- Applied Master's degree or Master of Business Administration

- Good technical knowledge of Weatherford's product range or oilfield services portfolio
