About this role
Schlumberger has an opening in Colombia, for an IT Business Process Analyst , who will provide functional, technical support and sustainment activities as part of the Business Performance Insights Program (BPI).
The end users supported are the global community in Schlumberger using BPI. In accordance with business needs, this role would be responsible for ensuring and improving the functional and technical quality and management of the above-mentioned applications with a focus on data quality, sufficiency, and completeness. He/she should constantly strive for process and system improvement to deliver measurable increases in efficiency and should be able to provide real-time support to business users.
Responsibilities
Techno-Functional Support
- Responsible for the proper functional support of the BI dashboards and to lead the resolution of technical tickets in a timely manner.
- Analyses business operations to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
- Co-ordinate the testing and deployment of fixes and new functionalities in the production systems to ensure testing scenarios are complete and have undergone full regression testing before deployment to production.
- Monitor the processes and technology within the defined SLAs to perform the monthly refresh
- Able to work with various stakeholder's in gathering requirements in supporting various ongoing projects.
Application Co-ordination & Support
- Completes the incident processes in Incident Management and guarantee proper follow up
- Coordinates with business and other stakeholder for timely completion of a project.
- Trains and coaches key users and end users on the correct use of the BPI Dashboards
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT related field.
- 5 to 7 years working in IT enterprises in a support environment working software development.
- 4+ years of experience working supporting Schlumberger Business Enterprise Systems or Corporate Information Models.
- Experienced in working in software development and sustainment activities in SLB in-house applications or data solutions.
- Preferable experience creating dashboards in Power Bi.

- Ability to work in global distributed setting without supervision.
- Self-driven, Proactive, Systems Thinking
- Open to travel abroad and in India
- Comfortable working across time-zones (open to shifts) and people of different nationalities
- Excellent communication skills & ability to present.
