Marshalling Harbor Site planner
Summary
Our Client has been selected to install wind turbine generators off the coast of Massachusetts during the year 2023. To ensure the smooth, safe and timely execution of the marshaling harbor site works, the Client has required a site planners services for the Marshalling Harbor for a duration of 12 months. 1 position is required as a site planner located in New Bedford, MA.

Purpose of the Job: Will be responsible for site medical services onboard operating vessels, marshaling harbor, and where the off shore wind turbine generators are being installed.
Position in the Organization Working closely with - Project logistics manager, project managers, Great exposer to a lot different stakeholders in the company overall.

Mission Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth, safe and timely execution of the marshalling harbor site works.
- Close collaboration with our clients site team, the customer and the various package subcontractors.
- Review detailed schedules produced by subcontractors to ensure alignment to and compliance with our clients site schedule.
- Be an integral part of the PMO project planning team and work with package managers to ensure integration and compatibility between all phases of the works.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Create and maintain a dynamic detailed end-to-end P6 schedule covering the full scope of site activities in line with the existing overall program schedule.
- Create detailed two week look ahead schedules and present them to our client, Customer and Subcontractor site management personal.
- Monitor subcontractor performance against their schedule commitments and performance guarantees.
- Monitor any and all weather down the line with contractual weather limits and record the delays in P6.
- Review and monitor subcontractor performance to their site mobilization schedule including document creation and review.
- Prepare/contribute to internal and external reports including key performance indicators.
- Work closely with the project logistics manager to monitor deliveries in line with site storage capacity.
- Perform daily walkabouts to monitor progress of the activities onsite and ask questions to workers about progress of activity.
