• The Construction Lead Offshore Topsides is responsible for managing the planning, preparation and execution of all aspects of the Construction of the Topsides for the Project at multiple site, ensuring all key objectives are achieved or exceeded.
• The Construction Lead is also responsible for ensuring the construction methods are consistent with established industry processes. Effective issue resolution through interfacing with both Company and Contractor teams is an essential component of the role to ensure full alignment on the execution of the Project. • Effective management of the overall fabrication of NFXP Offshore Topsides on behalf of the PMT including planning, preparation and execution to meet safety, quality, cost and schedule commitments • Supports enforcing the MOC process for all aspects related to Offshore Topsides execution at the fabrication yard
