Job Responsibilities
a) The incumbent shall be required to a variety of routine of specialized office activities in the
assigned Fire Stations.
b) Updates and maintains a variety of files, records, reports, Minutes of Meetings, documents of
routine and specialized nature.
c) Shall be able to maintain proper filing of all incoming & outgoing Fire Station documents etc.
d) Operates all office equipment (PC, typewriter, fax machine, etc...)
e) Shall have expert knowledge on the use of MS. Office Software ( Word, Outlook, Excel,
PowerPoint)
