Our client are currently recruiting for a Legal Administrator to work within our office in central London on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Managing Counsel, Europe Commercial and working within our small Legal and Compliance team, the role is responsible for ensuring that all statutory requirements for the UK incorporated subsidiary companies are fulfilled which includes maintaining statutory records, drafting of corporate documents, and carrying out filings with the Registrar at Companies House.

The role also provides administrative support to the Legal and Compliance team and to the rest of the London office as required, and liaises with the UK, Norway, and US offices to respond to queries relating to the UK entities.

Key responsibilities and duties include:
• Ensuring that the UK incorporated client entities are compliant with current statutory requirements and the requirements of each individual entity's Articles of Association
• Drafting corporate documents, including board and committee meeting notices, minutes and resolutions
• Scheduling, organizing, attending and taking minutes of Board and committee meetings
• Maintaining and updating each entity's statutory records, which are located at the London office (the registered office)
• Ensuring that filings are made for each entity with the UK Registrar of Companies at Companies House within the relevant deadlines and are reflected in the clients internal subsidiary database 
• Processing legal fees in SAP and liaising with Finance and Human Resources departments to ensure costs are directed to the correct business units
• Providing cover for the Contract Analyst role
• Providing general administrative support to the Legal and Compliance team and other support to the London office as required
