The Workforce Coordinator coordinates the Field Service workforce resources are used correctly and they are assigned for each confirmed job in a timely and efficient manner around the world. This person has oversite to ensure the proper use of FDP for planning (PM Module), assigning and deploying the EM module for PSD Direct staff.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Track and report Workforce Attendance/Absence by Development of the Workforce Utilization between ESS and FDP and forecasting of the PCE and RE field service organizations.
  • Assist the field service organization with decisions regarding capacity, forecast, and deployment of field personnel by Mapping/tracking of global field service personnel.
  • Report the need to Mobilize Personnel.
  • Track FS Workforce Availability.
  • Conduct Staffing Model Impact Analysis.
  • Balance Short-Term Workforce Demand with Supply.
  • Track Working Pattern versus Planned Working Time.
  • Identify the forecasted global demand for field service activities.
  • Develop/maintain a comprehensive view of the field service centers and geo-unit load vs capacity.
  • Develop/maintain activity models based on known projects and Ad-Hoc forecasted activities, and turn them into demand indicators, empowering geo units to make specific manning and strategic training plans.


Minimum Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • 3-5 years job-related experience.
  • Familiar with planning tools in any ERP system or scheduling system such SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
