Responsibilities

Reporting to Supply Chain Global Business Support Manager, you are responsible for enabling Supply Chain Data Insights via relevant Analytics Solutions and Reports.

Analytics
  • Provide data analysis support to the Supply Chain Organization, predominantly in the Source to Pay process
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand Business Process and IT Requirements to provide Supply Chain Data / Actionable Insights via relevant Analytics Solutions (Power BI or other data visualization tools)
  • Define, design, develop and deploy BI solutions (dashboards and reports)
  • Develop reports in relation to Supply Chain metrics and data trends
  • Perform data sanity checks prior to publishing reports
  • Perform periodic training on Supply Chain Analytics Solutions

Applications / Tools Administration (specific to Global Supply Chain)

Qualifications

Qualifications

Essential
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Data Analytics or relevant discipline
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Business Intelligence Reporting is highly desired - especially designing of Power BI dashboards
  • Strong data management skills complemented with solid business acumen
  • Comfortable working with Enterprise Data Warehouse / Data Models
  • Proven Analytical and Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to rapidly conceptualize and assimilate information to solve complex problems
  • Experience with ERP systems required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to achieve results through effective stakeholder relationship management
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills

Preferred
  • Knowledgeable or firsthand experience with upstream oilfield services work processes
  • Data reporting or query writing skills
  • Data mining, quantitative analysis and advanced modelling skills
  • Robotic Process Automation experience
