On behalf of Aker Solutions we are looking for an Engineering for procurement (EfP) Tools Specialist who will be working with the EfP team in Fornebu on large oil and gas projects. Aker Solutions is a leading engineering and procurement company and the EfP team develops the methods and tools for the technical aspects of the procurement process. This is a long term contract role, located at Fornebu near Oslo, starting as soon as possible. 

What will you be doing?
You will work as part of a small EfP team together with experienced colleagues on one or several projects. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
•   Optimise, roll-out and manage IT tools supporting EfP work processes such as: 
     -   Supplier requirements control
     -   Supplier goods status monitoring
     -   Supplier Interface Information management
•    Assist Procurement and Engineering Management in alignment of engineering and procurement plans
•    Training of the engineering teams using EfP tools
•    Participate in meetings with Engineering, Procurement and Supplier teams
•    Proposing and driving improvements in projects tools

We think you should have:
•    Bachelor`s or Master`s in engineering or similar
•    Experience with and ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary matrix organizations, seeking answers/advice/support as needed
•    Digital skills to work with custom-made IT tools and be able to work effectively with large data sets
•    Excellent Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and Word) skills
•    Excellent Power BI, skills
