Job Responsibilities:

Support Roles (S&E Systems which include SEMS, Contractor Management, Training, & Emergency Response) • Support EFBU Leadership with maintaining field visit calendar and managing information and observations into management system • Synergi management support to the S&E team as per request • Maintain the official S&E documentation database (TechDocs and Alexandria) - (organizing and ensuring documented information is managed in the official databases) • Update Contract Holders with business unit information share • Contractor Management support partnering with Third Party contractors on man hour reporting • Schedule Supplier Quality Meetings (SQM) with contract holders (Kick Off and Quarterly) • Support reporting efforts in training platform • Schedule and coordinate training when needed • Oversee the S&E Task Planner • Prepare PowerPoints to support all S&E System roles • Support the EFBU Employee and Contractor Passport initiative • Support S&E Contract Holders in SAP Management System (creating Service Entry Sheet, PO's, following up on invoices) • Define and maintain monthly S&E reporting in PowerBI Job Requirements Qualifications • Technician-level understanding in a relevant S&E subject • Proficient in Industry HSEQ Standards and Management Systems • Background in ISN and contractor management • Understanding of a training matrix and how it functions • Understanding of an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Experience • Min 5 years relevant experience providing industrial S&E support, preferably within the Oil & Gas Industry. Languages • English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual preferred. Interfaces • Internal: Development Project Team (all disciplines). • External: Project contractors (under direction). Other Competencies / Skills • Computer skills - Advanced user in Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, TEAMS, Tech Docs, Outlook, ISN, Veriforce or other training platforms • PowerBI skills preferred • Good planning and organizational skills • Work well under pressure • Willing to learn and willing to support in ad hoc tasks • Team player and ability to collaborate across disciplines (O&M, drilling, completions, logistics, etc.)
