This position serves the global industrial water markets with an emphasis on product development and channel support activities within the semiconductor, display, and adjacent industries. The Product Manager will drive growth of the semiconductor product lines by acting as product champion across the organization. The person in this role will define critical product and application requirements and coordinate sustaining engineering priorities. This position will support consultative sales processes, train global sales teams, and develop applications resources. This position will be part of the product management team and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, aftermarket, quality and technology.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and lead the execution of market strategies and growth plans
  • Partner with key customers to understand unmet technology needs through voice of customer collection to define future product development. Support customer needs on sustaining product work
  • Collaborate on technical projects related to semiconductor specific research and development through partnerships with technology team or outside resources
  • Develop and deliver trainings to global teams and customers ensuring consistency in how our offerings are positioned and how to win. Contribute to development of marketing content and messaging
  • Act as industry leader by interfacing with regulatory and advisory boards. Engage with industry through conferences and technical publications to identify market trends and drivers
  • Explore business development opportunities through mergers and acquisitions

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Experience with analytical instrumentation, preferably total organic carbon or related ultra-pure water instrumentation
  • Experience related to water treatment processes and water chemistry
  • Creative and critical thinker to assess market trends and customer needs to develop solutions
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including storytelling
  • Proven expertise presenting to executive and mid-level teams and customers
  • Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and passionate about learning
  • Ability to analyze trends that impact product line performance
  • Team player with enthusiasm, charisma, and drive for developing innovative products

Education & Experience

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related
  • At least 5 years demonstrated product management/product marketing related work experience
  • At least 5 years Work experience in the semiconductor industry/water treatment industries

Preferred:
  • MBA, Marketing, or Business-Related Degree

Working Conditions
  • Travel up to 30%

  • Compensation: The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range $95,000 to $120,000 annually
