Responsibilities

Carry out all planned and unplanned maintenance activities. Drive manufacturing facility to ensure minimal disruption to the manufacturing process.

  • Execute responsive, preventative and predictive maintenance requirements to all machines/equipment in the Weatherford Well screen Technologies facility to ensure maximum production levels.
  • To perform day to day activities in accordance with the planned maintenance program.
  • Carry out daily inspections of all of the Well screen Technologies ancillary equipment.
  • Carry out maintenance and repair tasks on all production plant within the ESS and Optimum Completions manufacturing facility in-accordance with established maintenance and work practice.
  • Carry out daily function checks on plant and ancillary equipment
  • Maintaining all High and Ultra High Pressure pumps, water chillers, booster pumps, water treatment, slotting machines, weave and plate machines, laser and abrasive removal system as per the maintenance schedule or as required.
  • Carrying out upgrades to equipment as and when planned in accordance with safe working practice


Qualifications

  • Previous production maintenance background.
  • Knowledge of Water Jet Cutting & High Pressure operations.
  • Good understanding of Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical system fault finding.
  • Electronics troubleshooting and repair skills are critical.
  • Experience in multi axis motion systems.
  • General computer literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
