Partner with the best
As a Technical Training Instructor, you'll be a major component for educating at all experience levels for our global organization. You'll ensure our teams receive the up-to-date training needed to perform their jobs and accelerate the successful deployment of new technologies.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Delivering existing technical classes for field and office personnel within the organization -virtually or in-person
Supporting the development and delivery of new classes for the Chemicals organization that cover new or existing technologies and competencies.
Managing training facilities and training tools complying with company standards on HSE, IT, legal and security aspects
Engaging with others in the organization to stay current on technical matters and ensure training material is up to date
Providing training to other product lines within the OFS organization to support multi-skilling initiatives
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
Have 5+ years of experience in a similar role involving training of technical Up-stream and Downstream Chemicals elements in a formal setting
Have an aptitude for interacting and communicating effectively with people from different professional and personal backgrounds
Recommend, set up and deploy new training ideas to increase the effectiveness of the classes and engagement of the students
Be methodical and organized to prepare, execute and complete training activities
Be a quick learner capable of adopting new technologies to enhance classroom experience.
