Summary:

The primary responsibility is to develop and implement change management strategies/plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. These responsibilities also include plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes. The goal is to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop change management strategies as required.
  • Incorporate a change management approach, stakeholder management, communication, training, and readiness assessments.
  • Create and implement training strategies.
  • Create and implement communication plan(s).
  • Prepare communication materials including presentations and written communications identified within the communication plan(s).
  • Prepare ad hoc communication materials as required.
  • Prepare and perform project readiness assessments regarding the organizations ability to absorb change and to measure the level of engagement and preparedness.
  • Diploma or equivalent 4-7 years of experience required.
