We are looking for an experienced Senior Director to strengthen our data foundations and accelerate the deployment of Digital Twin models that drive economic and environmental performance for our customers.

As a key member of the Digital leadership team in one of the largest environmental services companies in the world, you will help realize the promise of Industry 5.0 and help achieve a new frontier of sustainability for the water industry.

As the Senior Director, Digital Twin Platform, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the strategic and tactical technical roadmap for the company's full stack Digital Twin platform leveraging the breadth of solutions available in the AWS platform & extending as required.
  • Lead a team of Digital Twin engineers, transforming raw time series data into curated, business-oriented data-models with associated data glossaries and ontologies.
  • Define and operationalize data standardization practices (e.g. asset taxonomies) for key Digital Twin assets.
  • Provide framework for data warehousing, curation, and end user access via searchable API library.
  • Define solution architecture for Digital Twin platform using AWS components that allows for scalable data services connected to a variety of end user applications.
  • Lead the team implementing our Digital Twin platform in collaboration with various cross-functional teams.
  • Operationalize IOT DataOps practices, building data curation and governance processes that fuel analytics development and business intelligence efforts.

  • Demonstrate technical team leadership experience
  • Deep understanding in the core services, technologies and standard design patterns of the AWS ecosystem in the areas of: IOT, Data, and Microservices.
  • Hands on experience of data management, data integrations, and cloud technologies including AWS solutions. Experience in various types of data sources and domain wide data storage solutions.
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and identify and interpret business needs and translate to user stories / backlog.
  • Excellent technical and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience).
  • 7-15 years of relevant work experience in Computer Science, data management, Digital Twin product management, or related field.

  • Background in industry, IOT, and/or water treatment applications is preferred.
  • AWS Cloud certifications (Practitioner, Systems Architecture, Database)
